libbfio1 software package provides Library to provide basic input/output abstraction, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbfio1
libbfio1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbfio1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbfio1 *
You will get with libbfio1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
